Whole wheat Roti quesadilla

INGREDIENTS
2 Rotis
1/2 cup chihuahua cheese or Mexican blend cheese
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp butter or oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm a pan or panini grill
Butter it with oil or butter
Place a Roti on it and layer with cheese and pepper flakes
Top with the other Roti and grill .
Serve with guacamole or salsa .

INGREDIENTS
1 Roti
Tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 banana
2 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm Roti in a microwave for 15 seconds . Spread peanut butter and place the peeled banana in the middle. Drizzle with honey . Wrap the Roti around the banana . It is an easy and fresh option .

PEANUT BUTTER BANANA QUESADILLAS

INGREDIENTS
1 8-inch whole wheat Roti
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
½ medium banana
1 Tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread the peanut butter over the surface of the tortilla.
Slice the banana very thinly and then arrange the slices over half of the tortilla. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the banana slices and then fold the Roti in half.
Cook the quesadilla in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Dessert Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS
2 whole wheat Rotis
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup whipped cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread butter on one side of each Roti and sprinkle with cinnamon. Heat a skillet on medium heat, spray with cooking spray and crisp until golden brown. While still warm, spread one Roti (cinnamon side up) with peanut butter, top with chocolate chips, and added a drizzle of honey. Place other tortilla on top. Serve with whipped cream drizzled with honey for dipping.
